If we care about the Presidency and Congress, we also should care about state legislatures because they control election laws that impact voting and ballot counting and perhaps most importantly, they certify elections. Plus we need to do everything we can to increase turnout in this election in swing states including financially supporting state legislative candidates who are knocking on doors every day and making the case locally against Trump and MAGA extremism and spreading the word about Project 2025.
