About our group
At Matiq Labs, we believe the best solutions in education come from the people living the work every day — educators, students, and community leaders.
Less than 2% of teachers in the U.S. are Black men. Families of color continue to see school systems that don’t reflect their brilliance, culture, or needs.
Matiq Labs exists to change that. We create healing-centered, equity-focused spaces where educators and community partners design new models of teaching, leadership, and care. From learning communities to innovative pilot projects, we’re building the future of education — together.
This work can’t happen without you.
