Across Castle Rock, Colorado (USA), neighbors are quietly facing food insecurity—families, seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those navigating housing instability. Too often, the challenge isn’t just access to food, but access to dignity, nourishment, and belonging.

Together, we are changing that story.

From January–March 2026, Seeds of Exchange is partnering with Sunday Salmon to relaunch their no-cost mobile food trailer, bringing delicious, organic, gluten-free meals directly into the community—no payment, no questions, all are welcome.

✨ Winter Fundraising Goal: $5,000 (Jan–March 2026)

• The relaunch of Sunday Salmon’s mobile food trailer
• Free, nourishing meals for this community’s most vulnerable neighbors
• Community tables where people dine with dignity and belonging
