Exciting news! 📣 Nonprofit nominations are now open!! 📣

Hello, New Orleans Women in Business for Good! We've seen incredible growth within this group, and I wanted to update everyone that nonprofit nominations for the funds we've raised so far are now open! We've met as a leadership team and are excited to get things moving. 📌 Make your nomination on this post by clicking "Nominate a nonprofit" 📌 The only requirement is that the organization be a 501c3 supporting the Greater New Orleans area 📌 Finalists will be presented by the members who nominated them (just a simple 5 minute pitch!) at our Gather & Grant event sometime this Spring where we'll come together & vote. TBD on virtual vs in-person for this event. 📌 Since we're just getting up to speed, our initial grant will be a combination of a few cycles which means we have nearly $12,000 to put back into our community! For this reason we may select anywhere between 2-3 winners. After this initial donation, we will be on a regular quarterly (3 month) cadence with granting funds. 📌 Remember - in order to nominate a nonprofit, you must first have made a donation! Make your nominations by March 31! We're looking forward to coming together soon to meet all of you & vote on our grantees. More to come on our Springtime Gather & Grant event soon.

Grapevine Hosted: Virtual March Member Mixer

Our next Member Mixer is coming up Friday, March 31! These are monthly opportunities to come together and meet other people participating in Giving Circles all across the country (not just your own group!). Mixers are an hour long and hosted by the Grapevine Community team.
