“Hold On” Minnesota

Welcome! We believe that women’s rights are human rights, abortion care is necessary healthcare, Black, Gay, and Trans Lives Matter, climate change is real and guns kill too many innocent people. We found a way to channel our outrage into action and have started a Giving Circle. We are working with The States Project to elect majority-making candidates who will shift the balance of power in the MN state legislature.

Minnesota is a key battleground state in 2022 in that we have a chance to FLIP THE STATE SENATE! We only need 3 seats for a new democratic majority – this could lead to the state creating laws for abortion rights, BIPOC rights, LGBTQ rights, voting rights, in short – HUMAN RIGHTS. Though most of what we hear about in the news is the federal government, the state legislatures makes most of the decisions on issues that many of us care about. AND…it is much cheaper to fund state campaigns compared to congressional campaigns and the impact can be much bigger.
