I am currently building my Empowerment Coaching business while working as a consultant in the apparel industry as well as a basketball coach. I am one of few women in the US who coach high school boys basketball and this has motivated me to keep the ball rolling (no pun intended) on women working (and thriving) in male-dominated professions.
