Our Sarasota Fund is a new charitable group focused on helping Sarasota County LGBT non-profits.
How Our Sarasota Fund Giving Circle works
Members contribute annually an amount that is meaningful to them. The minimum contribution to Our Sarasota Fund is $100.
Applications for grants are sent to identified non-profits with a mission or programs which fit our focus.
After applications for grants are received by Our Sarasota Fund, Members will vote on which organizations or projects we will fund.
We will retain 20% of our funds from one year to the next, dispersing the rest of the funds to one or more organizations.
