Community Housing Council of Fresno (CHC) is a HUD-approved nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through home-ownership. We provide education, counseling, and resources to help individuals and families especially low- to moderate-income households achieve and maintain stable housing.
We are fundraising to support our housing counseling programs, disaster preparedness and recovery efforts, and community outreach initiatives. These funds allow us to offer free services, expand access to trusted housing guidance, and ensure families have the tools they need to make informed decisions and build long-term housing stability.
