About our group
The Young Women’s Giving Council of CFW powers transformational change towards an equitable and just society by investing in community-based organizations that center the experiences of BIPOC girls, young women, and trans and gender non-binary young people in the Chicago region through a community led approach.
YWGC is a fund of Chicago Foundation for Women.
Members are womxn, femmes and gender non-binary young people, typically in their 20s to mid 30s in the Chicago area.
Each member donates $100 - $400 by April of each fiscal year.
The membership deadline this cycle is November 8, 2024.
