Organization background:
A national non-profit organization, which was founded in 1997 by a group of immigrants in order to promote the professional integration and efficiency of the process. Our database includes 5,673 engineers registered immigrants, according to the segmentation of professions. Association of Engineers and Architects Immigrants , deals with upgrading and training academics immigrants, who are unemployed or working sub-employment and anyone who wants to change direction for employment. Also, care and support the integration of immigrant engineers and engineering works in the human capital utilization of the engineers of the State of Israel .Organization's activities concentrated in locating needs, Developing and promoting projects in areas like: community absorption, absorption in employment and entrepreneurship.
Program Description:
Formation direction employment and building a personal occupational programs in the immediate and long-term. In support of a personal, employment coordinators help all students in the program (expanded and targeted course) to build a personal employment plan viable - the realization that matches those occupational goals, abilities and skills.
