Ladies Empowerment and Action Program (LEAP) is a non-profit organization. LEAP empowers currently and formerly incarcerated women through transformational opportunities, programs, services, and advocacy. Our vision is for every incarcerated woman who is committed to change to have the opportunity and tools to achieve her full potential and to live self-sufficiently and with dignity in her community.
