About our group
To invest in community-based organizations engaged in social change work that serves Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County. We collect donations throughout the year that we grant through an annual open grant proposal process. We believe in supporting grassroots work and emerging projects to help increase their visibility and to provide funds while they may not yet qualify for larger sources of funding. As giving circle members, we get together a few times a year to discuss issues in the AA/PI community, get to know each other, and to inform the direction of the giving circle.
