In April 2020, we launched our giving circle during the Covid19 pandemic in Germany. We have called our circle "Wohnzimmerspende.de" (it means „living room philanthropy“). From the comfort of their living rooms our circle members gave more than 16.000 Euro for nonprofits working with a diverse range of beneficiaries during the pandemic (as of January 2020).
No suggested or required donation. The giving circle is virtual and open to anyone.
