New Mexico IMPACT Fund

Welcome to the New Mexico IMPACT Fund. We are a group of women who contribute $1,000 a year, creating a $100,000 annual gift to a local nonprofit doing exceptional work in our community. Members help identify organizations, and vote on where funding goes, all through Grapevine. We gather in person only once a year, in the fall, to present the gift and hear from the nonprofit we are supporting. Together, we can turn a $1,000 annual gift into a $100,000 investment in our community.

Grantee Criteria

1. Be a nonprofit organization exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code for a minimum of 5 years.
2. Have a proven track record of benefiting people within Bernalillo, Sandoval or Valencia Counties.
3. Be in good financial standing, have a current 990, and have annual income under $5 Million
4. The nonprofit must not discriminate when providing and offering services.
5. Grants are not made for political or religious purposes or to influence elections or given to foundations.
