About our group

Meeting and giving four times/year, our collective donations are able to make an immediate and direct impact on local registered charities. In a short 1-hour meeting, members themselves nominate and collectively select a charity each quarter. Not only is this a powerful game-changer for the recipients, with monies often going to specific projects, but the members of our giving circle feel they receive even greater rewards by: learning more about the needs of our community, are touched on a person level, gain networking opportunities with the community at large, discover other ways to participate in philanthropy beyond financially donating, and gain a sense of belonging in a wonderful community. It is a win-win situation!

Members are alerted to volunteer as well as giving-in-kind opportunities from charities that have received our collective donations and other groups in our community.
