Changing the lives of migrant domestic workers in Asia

About our group

There are 11.5 million migrant workers across Asia and majority of them are recruited through unethical agencies who charge them illegal and exploitative fees that force workers in to debt bondage. Most migrant workers are women from low-income families from the Philippines and Indonesia and migrate in hopes of finding better economic prospects to support an average of 4-5 people back home. This led us to launch Fair Employment Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build market driven solutions to end the forced labor of migrant workers across Asia.

We do this through the collective work of our subsidiary entities including our training center in the Philippines, our ethical recruitment agency committed to never charging placement fees to workers, and our impact investment arm scaling our impact across Asia.
