Kendra Scott in the Hilldale Mall will be hosting us once again.  They will be giving back a percentage of any sales that evening to our winning charity! 🛍️ 💍

Rubin for Kids is a nonprofit organization devoted to recognizing and rewarding achievement of Dane County youth. Scholarships and awards are devoted to recognizing and rewarding the achievement of personal goals at school, at home, or in the community. In this sense, their programs are both achievement-centered, and need-based. We uphold the belief that a key to success for children is positive interaction with adults. Our awards reinforce existing relationships with significant adults in the child’s life.

🏘️Hope & A Future

A strong sense of belonging and social connection fuels mental and physical health. It’s essential to our well-being. Despite living in close proximity to neighbors, many people today feel isolated. They feel that no one really knows them and that they have no one to call if they need help. For the past 20 years, Hope & A Future quietly created a solution to address this deep loneliness and disconnect. In our first phase we have developed an award winning Adult Family Home where we involve multiple generations in the care of adults in their last stage of life. We use a Family of Friends staffing model. The neighborhood nurse lives on site with live-in staff and sometimes their children. Staff, children and residents share meals and life around a family table. Visitors, regular volunteers and loved ones become our extended family of friends. No one feels invisible and caring relationships help young and old flourish.

🍼Dane County Diaper Bank

Babies & Beyond has established a dedicated free diaper bank in Madison to actively support families within Madison and surrounding counties. We understand the challenges of caring for newborns and infants, especially regarding essential supplies like diapers. Each month, our diaper bank becomes a hub of activity, collecting and distributing thousands of free diapers. This effort is not just about providing South Central WI with free diapers; it’s about easing the burden on families, ensuring they have one less thing to worry about in their parenting journey. Diapers cannot be bought with food stamps nor are they covered by WIC. There are 0 federal government programs that provide assistance for diapers, adding an even greater strain on low-income families.
