The Clear to Close: Giving Circle (CTC Giving Circle) is a philanthropic group of individuals comprised of real estate and housing professionals in the Stockton and surrounding areas. The members of CTC: Giving Circle donate their own money or time to a pooled fund, decide together where to give these away to charity or community projects and, in doing so, seek to increase their awareness of and engagement in the issues covered by the charity or community project.
CTC Giving Circle Goals:
•To make a difference in our community
by contributing monetary resources and our time to non-profit organizations and community projects who are undertaking impactful work
•Encourage networking that is action-oriented among real estate professionals and housing professionals in the Stockton and surrounding areas
•Educate and increase awareness on the issues that are important in our community
•Build a large network of philanthropic and civically engaged real estate and housing professionals that will serve as a catalyst for positive change
How it works:
•Each individual member of the CTC Giving Circle will contribute a minimum of $600 semi-annually
•Through a democratic process, members will decide how much will be granted and to how many organizations and/or other entities
•Grants will be awarded twice a year in January and July of each year
