About our group
Reinvent South Stockton Coalition (RSSC) and our partners invite you to join our Collective Impact Giving Circle and support local nonprofits that benefit community health, education, safety, infrastructure, and the arts in South Stockton.
Historic disinvestment and racial segregation created pockets of poverty in South Stockton that have persisted for decades. The area developed a reputation for its poor health, crime, and blight. Today, the community is on the rise, demonstrating its trademark resilience in the face of adversity.
Understanding that the task of revitalizing this community requires collaborative solutions, RSSC utilizes a collective impact model to encourage organizations to leverage each other’s strengths to accomplish our common goals -- changing the narrative of South Stockton, empowering residents, and improving the community for future generations.
In South Stockton, thanks to the many nonprofits partnering with us, we are witnessing the reemergence of a bustling, diverse community. But there is still work to be done.
You can play a role in this reemergence.
The Collective Impact Giving Circle empowers community members - like YOU - to come together, learn about local nonprofits, and collectively donate to a project or program they choose.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TRAUMA TRANSFORMED FUND WILL HELP HEAL OUR COMMUNITY FROM DEEP-SEEDED, MULTIGENERATIONAL TRAUMA BY TRAINING LOCAL RESIDENTS TO BECOME TRAUMA-INFORMED COMMUNITY ADVOCATES. LEARN MORE HERE: https://tinyurl.com/TTVGC.
