100 Who Care Valencia Lakes is a giving circle created to bring VL women and men together who care about local causes, to use the power of collective giving to make a difference for local, deserving community organizations in the surrounding Wimauma Florida area.
THE CONCEPT IS SIMPLE: 100 VL members convene quarterly, learn about 3 Member-Nominated non-profit organizations, then vote and donate $100 each ,that goes directly to the chosen organization.
The combined donation of up to $10,000 makes a real impact without time-consuming fundraising solicitations and events.
And, we are pleased to announce that we will receive matching funds of 50% of our donation total from the Schulze Family Foundation, up to $ 5,000 per quarter.
THE COMMITMENT IS ALSO SIMPLE: Members pledge to participate in quarterly meetings (if available) and make a personal commitment to contribute $ 100 each quarter ($ 400 each calendar year )f or non-profit organizations serving the local area.
We have no board, no bank account, no administrative fees or overhead expense to cover. We rely on a small group of volunteers who help to ensure things run smoothly and our fabulous members who commit to quarterly donations.

With more than 650 global chapters, 100+ Who Care Alliance is a network consisting of 100 Women Who Care, 100 Men Who Care, 100 Teens Who Care and many more. Each chapter meets four times a year donating $100 dollars each.
