About our group
100+ Women Who Care Pittsburgh is a giving circle that was created in 2015 to bring women together to raise money for the local non-profit community. We are affiliated with 100 Who Care Alliance, an alliance of giving circles across North America and beyond.
We have no bank account, no administrative fees or overhead expense to cover. We rely on a small volunteer organizing committee, women who help to ensure meetings run smoothly, and our fabulous members who commit to quarterly donations.
Are you a woman who leads a busy life and wants to do good in our local community? The concept is simple. 100+ local women convene quarterly to contribute $100 each that goes to the non-profit of the group’s choice. Any woman under the age of 35 can opt-in to pay $35.
This combined donation of $10,000+ makes a real impact without time-consuming fundraising events and planning.
