More Than Strong

Resting between race and gender, Black women undergo specific challenges that inevitably lead to many health issues, specifically mental health issues. While overall, women are more likely to experience problems involving their mental well-being, Black women are only half as likely to seek help. This Giving Circle is centered around raising $3000 quarterly ($1000/month) and discussing where to allocate the funds based on the opinions of active members. Primarily the funds are meant to support efforts focused on providing mental health services for Black women.
