Fathers M.I.A. (Motivated, Involved, and Active) stands as a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering impactful youth empowerment and fatherhood programs in Broward County. Our Youth Empowerment Program focuses on high school students in grades 9th through 12th who, due to circumstances such as incarceration, abandonment, death, estrangement, or unknown factors, lack active paternal involvement in their lives.
Additionally, we extend a scholarship opportunity to graduating seniors from our program and annually host a gala to celebrate and support these students. In our Fatherhood program, we offer evidence-based classes tailored for fathers who are currently not involved in their children's lives or those seeking to enhance their parenting skills. Our two distinct programs, 24/7 Dad and Inside Out Dad aim to provide valuable resources and guidance for fathers on their journey toward becoming more actively engaged parents.
