About our group
Giving Together's dedicated members pool time and resources to help low-income women and families in the Greater Washington, DC area. Our members make all decisions on the allocation of funds through a thorough grantmaking process. In addition to our grantmaking focus, we have a strong corps of volunteers who work with our grantee non-profits, a Racial Equity Working Group and a variety of education and social activities that allow members to learn and have fun while doing good for our community.
