About our group
Giving Together, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization with approximately 80 members and a mission to help low-income women and children in the greater DC area. In addition to our grant making focus, we have a strong volunteer component, a new Racial Equity Working Group and education and social activities for members. Our members make all decisions on the allocation of funds by means of a thorough grantmaking process.

DMV represents over 20 giving circles in the DC region whose members have pooled their resources to donate millions of dollars to local nonprofits.
Philanos is the largest collective giving network for women’s giving circles and other collective giving groups with more than 70 affiliates and 17,500 women involved in one or more circles.
