Good afternoon ladies!
Happy Thursday and welcome to our second quarter! It is time to start thinking about what nonprofits we want to support with the funds we collect this quarter.
I would like to get starting early so that we can come to a decision at least a month before quarter close. Hopefully this will help raise donations because we will have more time to advertise which nonprofit we are collecting money on the behalf of.
Please go ahead and get your nominations in so that we can come to a decision earlier! The nomination window will close Thursday October 12th!

Red beans & BBQ Festival
Good afternoon ladies!
Our next social event will be to attend the Red Beans & BBQ Festival that will be hosted by Bank Plus. The event proceeds will go to support Stewpot.
Event tickets are $12.51 a person and can be purchased using the website link attached to this event reminder. I am not sure if there is a cut-off time for ticket purchases or cap on participants, so please do not wait to buy your tickets.
A huge thank you to our new group Social Event Coordinator, @Latoya Hubbard, for discovering this awesome event! It is such a great way to socialize and support a local nonprofit that we have partnered with in the past. I can't wait to eat some good food and support a great cause with you ladies!
