To provide resources and financial assistance for urban Native American youth 8 to 24 years old that are enrolled educational program. The assistance is for: school/student related fees, extra curricular fees, purchase of school supplies, and personal hygiene items.😊
- Provide proof of Native American enrollment status (i.e. tribal ID, Certificate of Indian Blood, etc.)
- Submit a copy of birth certificate
- Submit verification of enrollment in an educational program (public, private, charter, homes school)
- Submit letter requesting the reason for the request
- Submit evidence for request (application, website, of other documentation)
