Maine Nonprofit Leaders

A place for leaders of the states nonprofits to come together and share their missions, successes and hardships. This is a safe space to brainstorm with other like-minded individuals. This group as it grows, will also become an excellent resource on many topics for newcomers to the world of nonprofit leadership and management. The purpose of this group is to nominate a nonprofit represented within our group each cycle to receive the donations collected to provide some unrestricted funds. An organization can be nominated if they are experiencing severe hardship, and the group decides to nominate them as a way to help with financial stress. An organization may be nominated because many members of this group are passionate and agree with an organizations mission. We will make sure that each organization gets nominated at least once, but outside of that the organization can be nominated as many times as the group would like. Essentially, this is a way to form a community of nonprofit leaders that are able to help each other out financially, be it on a large or small scale on an individual donation level that has no restrictions on the funds donated.
