Even though PTSD treatments are effective, most people who have PTSD don't get the help they need due to high cost for therapy or may not even be aware that they are experiencing symptoms stemming from the injury. Effective PTSD treatments are available. Everyone with PTSD—whether they are veterans or survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, serious accidents, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or other traumatic events—needs to know that treatments help and can lead to a better quality of life.
We are here to create a safe community for all- trauma survivors, loved ones of trauma survivors and the general public. We aim to educate, raise awareness about PTSD and make treatments more accessible.
