About our group

The Next Gen Giving Circle cultivates the next generation of philanthropists in the greater Washington D.C. region. Since 2020, our giving circle has granted over $130,000 to support small, BIPOC-led grassroots organizations in the local community.

Next Gen Giving Circle is open to anyone who wants to increase their support for local community-based nonprofits. Join us today with a donation at a minimum of $25/month or $300/year, or choose to make a larger recurring or one-time gift.

Our members' funds are pooled together to make meaningful investments in small nonprofits addressing the economic needs of our neighbors across the region. Every extra dollar counts. In 2022, we invested $55,000 into the community.

Members can increase their engagement throughout the year by serving on committees, connect with members through educational and social events, and select our newest grantees each fall.

We hope you'll join us!
