Joanne Colella is the owner of Colella Communications, LLC, providing professional copywriting, editing, proofreading, and marketing services to a wide range of businesses, organization, and individuals throughout the U.S. and abroad. A lifelong fan of anything having to do with the written word and a self-described compulsive editor and proofreader, she has an extensive career in advertising, marketing, journalism, and publishing, including serving as the editor-in-chief of five monthly magazines in New Jersey. In 2017, she decided to pursue her longtime dream of starting her own business and launched Colella Communications. In the past few years alone, she has edited books for several authors and created website content, marketing materials, presentations, video scripts, news articles, and other publicity for dozens of diverse clients.
A Brooklyn native who lived for more than 30 years in New Jersey before relocating to Arizona, Joanne is a member of numerous professional associations and organizations and an active volunteer in the community.
