RSSC: Education Fund

The Amelia Ann Adams Whole Life Center’s mission is to empower the lives of women, men, and children by providing supportive services, resources, and other tools that create opportunities for individuals and families to overcome their current obstacles.

Changeist is a community of impact. After a year of participation, youth report:
-Increased competence in civic leadership skills, experience taking direct action for social change in their communities, and increased intentions for future engagement
-Increased awareness of local and national civic issues
-Identifying more strongly as agents of social change
-Increased orientation toward novel and challenging events and ideas
-Higher levels of social capital
-More favorable attitudes toward diversity

Charitable donations support the capacity building of our first expansion site of Stockton CA, supporting the increase in impact to 250 young people annually.

Kelly’s Angels Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides services for children impacted by homicide. Services tutoring, extra curricular activities, mentoring and therapy.

Funds would be used to fund development director so more human resources can be used to do the good work we do.

We are currently working on launching a business collective/co-work space for youth, with goals of entrepreneurship training and support for their business ideas.

Stockton Scholars aims to dramatically increase the number of Stockton students who enter and complete higher education within the next ten years.

We aim to drastically increase the number of AmeriCorps Fellows serving the Stockton community by 2025 to improve educational outcomes and address social inequities in Stockton. Individuals who participate in the Stockton Service Corps will develop essential workplace skills enabling them to contribute to the region’s economy.
