Why I joined Lancaster County Women for Good
My name is Denyse Kling. i've recently founded a non-profit, The Holistic Center for Health and Wellbeing. Our mission and goal is to help bring our community to a place of ease and wellbeing through a variety of holistic modalities including yoga, Yoga for veterans, breathing classes/workshops, meditation, sound immersion events, The Wild Collective (a 10-module course facilitated by a naturopath that discusses all elements of a woman's health), workshops, courses, events and Yoga Teacher Trainings. I want to join Lancaster County Women for Good because I'm passionate about our County and it's wellbeing. Having been a resident and have held many positions - both professional and volunteer - for decades now, I've observed how our county have grown and flourished. i think it's incumbant upon us to give back as best as we can. The World Health Organization has forecasted that by 2030 Depression will be the number one prevailing ailment GLOBALLY. The Holistic Center for Health and Wellbeing offers modalities to help cope with depression and anxiety. Everyone deserves to have access to as many resources as possible. I look forward to being a part of your organization! Thank you, Denyse
