Why I joined Moms for Mental Health
Mental Health is Health - I want to join forces with other minds and organizations are destigmatizing getting appropriate help for all who struggle with mental illness. As a foster mom, I live, breathe, and advocate to create trauma-informed and safe environments at home and in the workplace. Much of my writing is inspired by own struggles with mental health over the last 20 years.
