A member invited me, and I identify with the purpose and mission of this group.
I'm a coach about to launch my independent coaching business focusing on helping leaders and agencies with organizational culture. With seven years of experience, I am confident I can help individuals achieve their leadership goals and help agencies move towards healthier organizational environments. I am an entrepreneur and a Hispanic, LGBTQ+ member, and a proud immigrant human.
