Why I joined Women Fighting for Women's Rights
Hi, I’m Allison Cohen. I’ve been with CS Recruiting for almost six years now, and I’m also a mom to three boys, married to my high school sweetheart, and lucky enough to have three sisters who are my best friends. Women’s rights are deeply important to me, especially around the disparities in healthcare that affect women and moms. It’s essential to me that my boys grow up with a strong understanding of women’s experiences, respect for women, and a commitment to championing women’s rights. For me, raising boys who are not only allies but true advocates starts at home.
