Why I joined... “I am a 30 year law enforcement officer with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. 24 of those years I have been a certified bomb technician. I am now the Commander of the Bomb Squad. I have many other certifications I have gained throughout my years with the agency. My goals in and outside the agency is to empower girls/woman to never settle and strive to be the best in whatever field they choose.”
