OUR VISION: A well-coordinated and collaborative ecosystem for organizers working in solidarity with frontline community leaders in a world centered on climate justice. OUR MISSION: Connect, support, and uplift the various climate justice efforts, inspiring systems change in a metropolitan area.
At College Possible Oregon, we’re all about helping students from low-income communities find the right college, navigate the admissions process, secure financial aid, and stay on track to graduation. Since 2012, we’ve provided free coaching to over 3,470 students and their families.
Family Promise of Metro East helps children and their families experiencing houselessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
Albina vision trust, inc (avt) is facilitating the reinvention of 94 acres in portland's albina area, from which thousands of primarily african american residents were idsplaced over decades of urban renewal. avt's mission is to spur the creation of an innovative and remarkable place that is diverse, inclusive, affordable, and accessible. avt is committed to healing past harm, amplifying underrepresented voices and setting a precedent for innovative community renewal.
