Melissa Tillman

Why I joined... “I’ve spent much of my career strengthening nonprofits, often focused on programs for women and girls, while also working with organizations serving broader communities. I joined the Los Angeles Professional Women For Good Leadership Circle because I believe in the power of collective giving to uplift women and girls in our city, as well as to connect with others who share a passion for equity and social impact. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling internationally, which continues to broaden my perspective on philanthropy and community-building.”

Melissa Tillman - Founder & CEO of Nonprofit Growth Advisors

Lauren Reilly

Why I joined... “My name is Lauren, originally from Chicago and now based in Los Angeles. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Advocacy and Social Change, with a minor in Global International Studies. Throughout my journey, I have been deeply committed to engaging in community-driven initiatives that foster mutual support and empowerment. I am excited to bring this passion to Grapevine, contributing to meaningful efforts that create a lasting impact.”

Lauren Reilly - COO at OG Slimes

Hilaree Caldwell

Why I joined... “Those Who Wonder's mission is to elevate the voices of those who are marginalized - women, BIPOC, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ people. This means that we will lift up creators in these communities both on-screen and off-screen. We can't call something truly inclusive unless both those that are visible to the audience as well as those who aren't visible to the audience are diverse. We not only want to see these communities, we want to hear from them. And so, we absolutely will ensure equal pay and equal opportunity on all of our projects. Internally within our company, we also will en...”

Jess Heller

Why I joined... “I'd love to give back with more intention. I am new to LA (2 years) and would love to learn more about organizations doing great work in LA, while building a community of interesting women for networking, friendship, and potential partnerships.”

Jess Heller - Leadership coach & facilitator supporting leaders in transition to thrive through change

Nicole Muther

Why I joined... “Purpose and mission-driven communities have always been my happy place, and selfishly, I would really benefit from being more involved in this community as I venture into entrepreneurship which is notoriously lonely. In addition, I've always believed bringing purpose-driven community together can impact others around us in a way that is greater than the sum of our parts. If I can do my part to contribute any insight unique to my experience that resonates with others, or simply offer time & labor & capital, I would love to.”

Nicole Muther - Designer/founder at Jury

Emily Daman

Why I joined... “I started my career working in non-profit fundraising and eventually followed a passion for learning about wine into my current profession. Giving back to my community and connecting with like-minded women are priorities for me and I look forward to making a positive impact while growing my network in LA.”
