Charles M. Jones

Why I joined... “I've made several important discoveries regarding the relationship between emotion, cognition, and behavior which have profound implications for learning, performance, stress, brooding rumination, and trauma. As an executive coach and corporate trainer, I show leaders how to apply these insights to reduce their stress and improve their performance. In the process, I encounter clients who have unhealed trauma and other behavioral health issues. I imagine that I would enjoy being in community with other executive coaches who are interested in improving mental health in organizations.”
