Why I joined Women in Tech for Gender Equality
At mabl, I'm a member of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. I'm a strong believer that good ideas come from all places and that diverse groups result in more innovative and inclusive solutions. Throughout my career and education, I've seen countless instances where gender equality is not the norm. I believe that it's essential to work towards gender equality in STEM (and all fields) and necessary to provide the tools to empower women to succeed in their roles.
