A States Project Giving Circle
About our group
We are working with The States Project to elect majority-making candidates who will shift the balance of power in a state legislature. Our Giving Circle plans to support Virginia for the November 2023 election!
In the Virginia State Senate, the rightwing is two seats away from the majority. In the House of Delegates, they hold the majority by two seats. If power shifts in the Senate, there would be a new rightwing trifecta in Virginia. We cannot let that happen.
A focus will be on the States Project’s signature Door Knocking Challenge. Participating candidates get rewarded with larger campaign contributions based on the number of doors they’ve knocked. Instead of dialing donors for dollars, candidates can focus on what matters: meeting their voters face-to-face in the field.
100% of donations go directly to the high impact state campaigns identified by The States Project.
