Our mission is to harness the collective power and generosity of women in Lancaster County to provide meaningful support to non-profit organizations that are making a positive impact on our community. By combining our resources and experience, we seek to make a significant difference in helping those in need and building a better future for all residents of our county.
We have monthly Girl's Night Outs and come together for a Gather & Grant once every quarter (Feb, May, Aug, Nov) to network, donate, learn about local nonprofits and vote on which ones to support together. Learn How It Works

LCWG Girl's Night Out at Gifts That Give Hope 🎁
JOIN US for December's Lancaster County Women For Good Girl's Night Out! This month we have partnered with Gifts That Give Hope Lancaster for their 16th annual Alternative Gift Fair.
Join us for holiday merriment, meaningful gift giving, food trucks, social enterprises, and a celebration of the 75th anniversary of the signing of the declaration of human rights!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We need 10-12 volunteers to help us man the LCWG table. We have created 2-hour shifts so there's plenty of time to volunteer and shop at the event. 😍 Sign up list.
This partnership will allow us to spread awareness about LCWG and our mission and at the same time be a resource to people at the event who are new to Lancaster as they look to connect and find meaningful gifts for their loved ones.
