Mark your calendars for our inaugural Tampa Women For Good Holiday Party! 🎅🎄 Enjoy lite bites and libations while socializing with fellow members and new faces - feel free to bring a friend and a beverage or snack to share! 🧀🍷🍰

We'll be raffling off a $100 gift card to International Diamond Center! 💍Every person who attends gets a raffle ticket. If you bring a beverage or snack to share, you earn an additional raffle ticket. Bring a friend and earn another raffle ticket. Bring a toy to donate and earn yet another raffle ticket!

We'll be hosting a toy drive to collect new, unwrapped toys for the Current Initiatives "Affordable Christmas" event. Affordable Christmas is a shopping event for lower-income, working-class families to provide their children fun and exciting gifts during the holiday season. Families are invited through partnering community organizations to attend the event and purchase new, unused gifts at 1/10 the cost of their original price. Affordable Christmas makes it easy for those families who may be financially struggling, to give their children a special Christmas. All gifts are intended for children and teens ages 0-14 years old. Families can purchase gifts such as bikes, skateboards, arts/crafts kits, video games, sports toys etc. and spend no more than $10 per item. Having families purchase items rather than free gives empowerment and dignity to these working parents who simply need a hand up. You can put “Industrious Centro Ybor” in your GPS.   You can park in the CENTRO YBOR GARAGE or metered street spots.  Make sure get out of the garage on the 16th Street exit.  Turn Left and walk 2 blocks straight to Centro Ybor. Industrious Centre Ybor is located on the 2nd floor, above Tampa Brewing Co!

Requesting Q2 Nonprofit Nominations

It’s time to nominate your local nonprofits!

All nominations will be inputted into a randomized spin the wheel where 3 of the nonprofits will be selected. From there the 3 selected nonprofits will be put to a vote after our gather and grant event. The top 2 selected nonprofits will split our raised funds. Please submit by December 11th.

Join us as we create Food Support Kits for United Way Suncoast.

United Way Suncoast has been serving our community for nearly 100 years by elevating early learning, energizing middle and high school students, and empowering community members and families. They dismantle barriers to human prosperity, uniting our community along the way. Children of low-income families in our Suncoast region struggle with hunger and rely on free school breakfast and lunch for foundational nutrition. Assembling Food Support Kits can provide nutritious, easy-to-prepare food items for children to take home for the weekend when they are not in school.

Each person who attends is asked to bring 30 of one item on the supply list. Together we will share supplies, assemble kits, and donate them to United Way Suncoast. Please RSVP using the link to the event below, and drop a comment indicating what item you will bring 30 qty of that evening.

A shopping list is included below, along with product links to items from Amazon for ease and affordability, but feel free to purchase items from wherever works best for you, as long as you bring a minimum quantity of 30 of one item from the list.
