A States Project Giving Circle
About our group
Indivisible Euclid is a group of grassroots activists in California’s Bay Area and beyond. The States Project is laser-focused on electing state legislative candidates who believe in democracy, using evidence-based strategies to achieve democratic majorities in state legislatures. Our Giving Circle funds support Door-Knocking Challenges that empower candidates in competitive districts to win by reaching out directly to voters and to legislate for the people and by the people.
State legislatures determine voting rights, reproductive rights, gun safety, access to healthcare, quality education and other issues vital for our families and communities. In 2024, the battle for democracy will be waged in the states. A tiny margin of votes and a few seats in the state legislatures across the country will likely determine whether extremists control those legislatures, undermine free and fair elections, and take steps that impact the national political landscape from banning abortions to eliminating voting rights.
